Parky Hyatt Zürich – «HOW TO EAT LOBSTER»

On the occasion of the Nova Scotia promotion, we realized the special placemat “How to eat lobster” for the Park Hyatt Zurich. While “the Kilted Chef” Alain Bosse and head chef Frank Widmer, Park Hyatt Zurich looked after the guests in the restaurant, the placemat contained bilingual instructions on how a lobster should be cut up and eaten. The week was a complete success!
